Valentine's Weekend

Friday, I took the kids to Krispy Kremes* to get Scott some Valentine's Day doughnuts. Love those doughnuts & their creative holiday treats (remember election day?)


Saturday, we went on a family date to the pet store & Dairy Queen. Berto fell asleep for the last part but we had a good Carter Family "love fest".


*I truly dislike when "K"s replace "C"s. Really, really. Dislike.

    Those doughnuts look SO good! I've only had Krispy Kreme once in my life - sad huh? I wonder where the nearest one is.....probably best that I don't find out!

    OH! I should have done that for my fam. My hubby/kids LOVE those doughnuts but I never think of them cause they're not high on my list. Unless they're in my house. Then they call my name.

    I am going to have to agree with you on the K's replacing the C's thing. I HATE THAT! Especially when it's a sign for Preschool (i.e. presKool) That is just ridiculous!

    Um, you guys are the cutest family ever, and that last picture of Scott and Syd is seriously hysterical.

    donuts are a must. donuts themed are even more a must.
    my last day on campus as a student EVER i bought a donut with a christmas tree on it. it had to be done. i wouldnt have bought it otherwise, but that tree sold me.
