50,000 words in 50 days


So, after a blogger friend mentioned this 50,000 words in 50 days challenge she was doing I thought, "Hummm... maybe I will?"

Then after my writing group friend Debbie mentioned it on her blog I thought, "I really should think about doing it."

Then when I went to the website & saw that my other writing group friend Meagan signed up I thought, "Well, now I gotta do it."

I'm about 7,000 words into a new story that I'm both nervous & excited about. I'm hoping this will be a good kick in the pants to get me going.
