First Day of 1st and 2nd Grade

Sydney started 2nd grade yesterday and she was a rockstar. Not nervous at all, waving to everyone, and having a grand time. She abandoned the "all Cheetah print" outfit she wanted to wear & instead said she wanted a dress "but not too dressy-dress". I think she picked a perfect one!
Rob started 1st and he also was a rockstar. He's a little more nervous by nature but you wouldn't be able to tell by how he waltzed in took, his seat, and waved bye to me. It was much harder for me to leave him there all day. (note: the tie was 100% his idea- the kid is stylin')
 
 So, another school year begins! Wish us well!
 Flashback to other MOMENTOUS FIRST DAYS OF SCHOOL for the Carter Kids: 1. Syd's first day of Preschool, 2.  Rob's first day of Preschool & Syd's first of Kindergarten, 3. Syd's first day of 1st grad, 4. Rob's first Kindergarten.

    We were THIS close to getting that same shirt for Logan but we had already bought some buttons ups so I had to pass it up! Super cute.
