This is a cool dress. I saw it in an old issue of Real Simple. It was designed by a Season 2 runner-up on Project Runway (Kara Janx). It can be a strapless dress, a skirt, or a halter dress. I love the red color and it said its made from silk-crepe which lays so pretty! So, if anyone has a spare $403 laying around this is one versicle dress.
