Cleaning my moms house....

So, for the past 3 days I have been cleaning my mom's house. In fact, it has consumed my every thought. But, One cool thing about going through all that work is the cool things you find when going though piles of stuff. Here are a couple of neat things:
The top of an old box (maybe a cigar box? My parents don't smoke so I have no idea what it could be from)
My mom's old train pass from when she was in her 20's & traveling Europe. Yes, my parents were pretty hip! (I want her bandanna)
Cool old advertisement from 1981 - OLD SCHOOL!
My mom's baby bracelet from when she was born (that thing was typed on a typewriter! AMAZING she still has it!)
Picture of me and my best friend when I was little.
Neat postcards, like this one!

A hint on the cigar box: My parents never smoked cigars either, but we had lots of them around the house. We used to use them years ago to store doodads. I bet your granddad had a bunch in his garage. I don't know for the life of me how all of us non-smokers got them, though.

I LOVE cigar boxes, and I remember this one clearly. There is nothing like the colorful labels and the care they took constructing the boxes. I never met a cigar box I didn't like.
