Ikea Christmas Wrapping Paper

Okay, so I categorically refuse to talk about Christmas in October but I did see that Ikea has some great wrapping paper this year. It's Christmas (supposedly) but I it could be used anytime. The "elf" wrapping paper looks more like gnomes to me anyway &, frankly, polka dots & stripes are a year-round love of mine. Check it out here. I'm going to go buy mine this week!

They are Gnomes, Ikea is Swedish and so many of their Christmas Decorations are very scandinavian. Gnomes or Tomtar are a very big part of Christmas in Sweden. They have many Christmas Carols and stories about them. I recently went to Ikea and saw it on display, I was sad to find that all the gnome paper was gone! I think many people mistakenly thought they were Santa's. It upset me because my mother is Swedish and I really wanted to get some for her.
