Syd had a bubble bath during Rob's morning nap. When she got out of the tub she turned around and said "Bye-Bye, Bubbles" and waved at the bathtub. Oh my goodness, she's the cutest little girl ANYWHERE! She so smart- How did we get so lucky?

This is BIG. Is shows she understands objects (bubbles) and their movement (bye, bye) as well as the hand waving. That's subject-verb usage in a declarative sentence with motor coordination. :-) You're right, she's the smartest kid in the universe as well as the cutest. And I'm not biased.
