Invisibelt

So, when I first saw this 'Invisibelt' on MSN (fashion help for your pants falling down- a serious Olivia issue) I thought "That is ghetto- kind of like clear bra straps- just because something is clear it doesn't mean it's invisible" Trust me, you can still see it. And, belts are fashionable- made to be seen. Anyway, it is actually meant to be under long tight shirts. The belt lies completely flat (even the buckle) so you don't see a bulky buckle or strap under your shirt. Someone like me that's lost a little bit of weight & whose jeans don't fit very well this could be a good thing until I can replace my jean collection. I still think it's a silly name (though I can't think of a better one) & poor packaging but I can see why MSN mentioned it.

I thought the consept is a good one. I have a problem with my pants being to big at the top, but I usually wear longer shirts to hide my belly some. I really want to buy an invisibelt.

Seems like a gimic to me. If they put it on the Today Show or Oprah I'll consider it.

Wahaha! It was on MSN because it was on the Today Show!

I don't care too much for the Invisibelt. What I really want is some Spanx! (which has been giving the a-ok by Oprah)

I want Spanx too! Just this morning they talked about them on the radio and I was thinking I should get some.

And Liv, your belt now has my blessing. Sorry that I can't endorse products not previously endorsed by friends on Today, or even better, Oprah.

PS The tomatoes were from Tony.

Reminds me of a product I read about years ago called the Invisible Tie Clip. Advertisements said it could keep a man's necktie in place without it being seen. When someone ordered the Invisible Tie Clip, they'd receive a package in the mail, and inside was a paperclip with instructions on how to use it to attach your necktie to your shirt! The $20 paperclip.
