Tonight for family night we made banana boats (a camping trip classic & oh, so yummy!). They're easy, just cut a little canal out of the middle of your banana & stuff with chocolate chips/marshmallows. Then cover in foil & bake (we did 400 degrees for 10 min). Great family activity even with wee ones.
