I dislike (the word 'hate' seems too harsh) with a fiery passion pumping gas. Ewww... it's the WORST especially in the winter. I was trying to explain to Scott what it is about it- I really dislike standing there with nothing to do & it's not pleasant to see the bill when you're done pumping. I can't quite articulate what I hate about it. But I wait for as long as possible not to do it, or until Scott does it for me (what a great guy!).

I didn't know that about you! How funny! I use the time to clean out my car - throw away all that trash that I never bring into the house and stuff!
If Scott goes to school in Oregon, your worries are over: It's illegal to pump your own gas there! Only gas station attendants can pump gas.
I hate pumping gas too. I seriously only did it like twice in the first 4 years of our marriage. Yeah, a bit spoiled.
