I have felt for a long time that it is socially unacceptable to listen to your ipod while shopping. That was before I had a second baby. Now my time at the grocery store (when I can leave the kids with Scott) is MY "alone time". I stick in my ipod & ignore everyone around me. I can't afford a weekly massage, so this time with my music & grocery list is my own little weekly release/relaxing time. Don't judge me!

Woot! Hurray for alone time!
I think it's great when I see people in the zone doing their own thing. I don't have babies but I still love time alone with my thoughts.
