Sweet Pork

Yummy! We had leftover sweet pork for lunch today & it was SO good! It's like unto Cafe Rio sweet pork- put it on salad, burritos, & nachos. Not as good because NOTHING is as good as when someone else cooks it for you. It's a super easy crock pot recipe- let me know what you think!

3-4 lb pork roast
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups salsa
Mix ingredients in a crock pot and let cook for 10 hours on low

Sounds yummy! I've got some rough cut pork chops I might try that with!

Um, yeah that was REALLY good! We'll have to do it again and do homemade tortillas and make the cafe rio salad dressing!

That looks really good! I'm gonna try it soon! And I TOTALLY agree with you on the cooking thing, nothing is as good when you have to make it yourself.. I don't get it either - doesn't the saying go something like, 'the harder you work at something the sweeter it is' or something.... Not for cooking.

It was GREAT!!! I didn't have the ingredients and time for the salad dressing....next yet I will be ready! I put meat in a tortilla, Bob put his on his Salad, and Bryce made into a burrito! Hmmm...I want it just thinking about it!
