I have no idea what I have but it's knocking my flat on my back! I have a 
beastly headache, sore joints& muscles , a bit of a sore throat (no runny nose or coughing), a low grade fever, AND I'm freezing. The heater is cranked all the way up, I'm in sweats, & wrapped in a quilt & I'm still shaking! I've mostly been popping Ibuprofen- Does anyone know what this could be, or have any suggestions for getting better?

Sounds like the flu to me. Hope your babies don't get it and you recover quickly!
Are you still nursing? Could be mastitis. That is how I felt when I had it. If your breast are at all warm or red or your nipples hurt, then you will know that it is an infection.
Try to get a good look at the back of your mouth (use a flashlight) and see if it is yucky looking. Could be strep throat.
It sounds like heart disease with a sprinkle of lead poisoning.

I didn't know you were sick! Holy cow what do you have? :( When did this start? What can I do??
Those are some of the symptoms I get when I get dehydrated. Drink more water and some electrolytes.
ya know---those crayons you were touting earlier---maybe they have lead in them---stop chewing them--that is not how you sculpt!
