After the parade we went to the fair in "downtown" Provo for a fair & enjoyed some classic "fair food" (which I mentioned before as one of my fav treats EVER). That corn I'm eating was BBQ-ed in the husk & it was OH SO GOOD!
In the evening we walked to a park close by to watch the fireworks & eat KFC chicken- YUMMY! Hope everyone had a Happy 4th!

Dude, your kids look so perky and calm at such a late hour. We skipped the fireworks because I knew it would be torture to keep the kids awake and happy. Do your kids have a late bedtime?
Late, I guess, is subjective- but they go to bed at 8:30 or 9. But that day Rob & Syd had 3 REALLY long naps (because they were worn out from the festivities) and went to bed at 11 (which is QUITE late for them).
I'm thinking about moving their bedtime back because no matter what time I put them down they wake up at 8 am.
I love that picture of Syd and Scott - you need to frame that for him. Oh, and frame one of the devil pictures of Rob. Those are FUNNY.
