Chuck E. Cheese advice... log on to their website and they'll send lots of coupons. And they'll send birthday coupons too. At what age, you ask. Both kids went for their first birthday. Rory goes every year for hers. They love it and she's almost 5 and Spencer just turned 2. I recommend going earlier on a weekday so its quiet and they can run around without getting trampled by bigger kids. And so you get to spend some of those tokens!
