Since I'll be able to get a new phone soon I have been taking stock of what I want in a phone. I've come to the conclusion that my favorite cell phone was my first cell phone. It was my softmore year of college & it was a Nokia 3310:
I even had this baby blue cover for it. Love, love, loved it. If it could take pics & didn't have an annoying green screen I'd still be using it.
So, I implore you for any cell phone suggestions? I need a pretty solid phone becasue I trip & smash, and drop my phones often & I also HATE flip phones so those are out.

I would be no help... I just get the free ones they give me. Luckily, mine have worked out pretty good considering the beating I give them. i lost my last phone out in the snow for about a week, so I feel for you on the solid phone idea
Hands down the Blackberry Curve. I'm pretty sure that you don't have to get a data plan to make it more expensive but your husband could probably give you the inside scoop on that too.

Loved this phone too! I think this is the one Rob got me for Christmas freshman year, in red, and I was SOOO excited! I've really liked my blackberry pearl - it's been going strong for a year and a half...
Agree, I'm a big fan of Nokia and I hate flip phones too. I have a Samsung slider that I like--if you can't find a good Nokia.
I just got a new LG Dare, and I LOVE it. It's a candy bar phone, not a flip. And I got the silicone cover because I also am always dropping my phone. Would definitely recommend it! Good luck!
