I went upstairs to go to the bathroom & when I came back down I saw the kids on a chair in the kitchen surrounding this...
Yes, 'HelloKitty-pursed' and 'one-socked' babies eating straight butter with a melon baller & a teaspoon... Welcome to the Carter house at 5:30 pm before daddy gets home.

awesome! my kids can't get enough butter either.
And why wouldn't they be?
OH my gosh.... awesome. I told Rob at about 6:03 pm when he said, "I'm just finishing something up and then I'll leave." I said, "I might hang myself before then." RARRRR! I like have this alarm in my head and if he says he'll be home by 6 I can last till 6 and not a minute more! GARRR!
I remember eating butter. What's the attraction? I guess it's like ice cream without all the sugar and not cold? I love your babies.:)
We have a picture of Rae's teeth marks in some butter. Yummmmmmmm, butttttteerrr.
It's really only one step away from frosting, which we all love, so what's the difference, right? The thing that kills me is that my kids will gladly dive into things that I think are totally gross (like straight butter, or (this happened today) chocolate pudding mixed with rice), but they won't eat things like pasta or steak. What planet do kids come from, anyway?
