We went to WalMart today to play in the toy section and pick up a few things. I told the kids if they were good that we would ride on the Dumbo elephant on the way out. They talked about it the WHOLE time:
SYD: "Berto we so good so we can ride the elephant"
BERTO: "Yeah, yea"
SYD: "Hurray, get to ride elephant!"
BERTO: "Elephant!"
Literally the whole time we talked about this elephant, how they were so good, & they were going to ride it. We finally get done & go to ride. This was the reaction...
Apparently unadulterated joy.. can't you tell.
Yeah, not really.

lol - my kids do the same thing with a Clifford ride at our walmart. They beg to go on it and that's the reaction they have :)
I love it!! That is great. Classic.
Is Berto sporting a belly shirt? Hot
I love just seeing the two of them squished next to each other with no expression on their faces. Too funny!
oh my gosh so funny. and i love little berto's belly showing the whole time.
Liv, I watched that video with headphones on. I laughed so hard that your dad looked across at my desk to see what was going on. Syd, with her big-sister attitude of "I have to make sure Berto's having fun," and Berto's own "I'm still waiting for something to happen" attitude, make the video priceless.
That is hilarious! I have had a similar experience as well!
That's really, really funny. Kids are so strange that way - I wonder if next time they'll be excited to ride the ride.
Olivia! It's so good to see you. Its good to know my kids aren't the only ones that do stuff like this.
Ahh..... classic. :)
