Hee Haw's Pumpkin Patch

3rd year running (past years here & here) & we had a lot of fun. It was nice that the kids were old enough they could funny enjoy all the activities they had this year (ie: petting zoo, swinging, tractor ride, hay ride, & slides)

We REALLY wore them out, to the point that we didn't even end up getting pumpkins in the patch because they kids were so tired.

We may go back or we might just hit up the anti-climatic, yet still viable, grocery store.

P.S. Yes, we were the parents whose child was TERRORIZED by the lil' kid tractor ride & yes, we took pictures.

I love the picture of Berto with the pigs and the tractor one. We have a very similar picture of Colin freaking out on a little train ride when he was that age.

Gabe just walked in and started asking me, "Why are they going on that ride without moms?" so I guess he feels the same way!

Katie- I know! All the other parents are standing around looking at us like, "Oh, what awful parents didn't they know their child would hate it!" I want to be like, "Umm... Rob falls 6 feet & doesn't even cry I didn't think the kiddie tractor ride would do him in!" HA!

Scott- I know! I couldn't get photoshop to do what I wanted... so I went the ghetto route!

April- I think if mommy & daddy were with him it wouldn't have scared him. Syd did just great. And he loved the 5 feet off the ground swinging around in circles swing, so I guess it just depends on the ride.
