20th year of the Tree House of Horror!
I have many memories staying up late & watching it with my dad. Deliciously gory & hilarious- it's been a tradition for as long as I can remember.
The most recent episode did not disappoint. Though, I have to admit, the old Treehouse of Horror episodes are my favorite. They just aren't the same these days.
BUT this episode included zombies so I was quite happy. Hilarious zombies too... which happen to be my favorite kind of zombie.
Thanks for the mini-date, handsome!
P.S. Does anyone else have the Simpson's Tree House of Horror as a Halloween tradition? Watch it here.

We're big Tree House of Horror fans. My hubby loves the Simpsons, and he goes all out for Halloween so it only would make sense for him to love this tradition as well. We still haven't gotten to it yet this year. Perhaps soon!
Love the mini date and those oreos look really good... :)
so wait, can you rent these or are they just one tv?? i have been wanting to watch some halloweenie movies...and i love love the simpsons...so i need to watch this.
Never heard of it... but I do like me some Simpsons every once in a while. You're so funny with your zombie thing... I think of you everytime I see something about them. :)
Debbie- See we were meant to be friends!
Esther- I know mini dates are the best!
Monica- I think they have older ones for rent. You can watch this one on Hulu. They are great- check them out!
Cindy- We haven't watched the Simpsons for a while but the Treehouse of Horror is a must. Check it out!
We watch it every Halloween after trick or treating as a family. I think we will be showing an old one this year - I think the one this year is a little much for the boys.
Oh, yeah! The Simpsons Halloween specials are the best. Only The Simpsons could get away with some of this stuff. As always, Lisa rules.
Katie- Yeah, it's almost like they have to get more & more gory to "one up" themselves each year. That's an awesome tradition!
Dad- I know, you raised me right! Lisa is the best, but I'm also a big Ralph fan.
I saw it this past Sunday and also loved the zombie part. The last vignette was weird and not as funny, but the zombies and the Hitchcock tribute were great.
M- I agree! Loved the Hitchcock one too.
