Updates

Hi guys, I'm back in town after a long drive & a wonderful Christmas!

Internet is not setup yet, but I've got some temporary internet I can use until we're up & running for real. While I haven't been blogging I have been on Twitter & FB (through my cell).

So, for those of you who don't follow me through those sites. Here are a few of my recent updates: (I've added pictures from my cell for your viewing pleasure)

Dec 23rd @ 12:38 PM- Driving to CA and listening to the audiobook Catching Fire. Love long drives.

Dec 25th @ 5:45 PM- Yesterday's California drive concluded w/ 2 throw ups, but so far Christmas day has been barf free. But the day is young & I'm having too much food & fun. It could come to a similar conclusion. Only time will tell.

(p.s. this picture is of Scott messing around with Matt & Kristal on Skype I stole it from her blog)
Dec 26th @ 12:39 PM- Doing some after Christmas returns. My sweet mother-in-law grossly underestimated my sizes. I haven't been a 'small' since i was 10. Dec 26th @ 7:43PM- Kids just participated in a family nativity. Berto was a very grumpy shepherd and Syd was a towns person.

Dec 28th @ 12:48 PM- Driving home now. Pretty drive but curvy roads. Let's all pray for no Berto spew-age.

Dec 28th @ 2:50 PM- Rest stops are the grossest places ever. Too bad we have to hit every single one though Nor Cal, Oregon, Nevada, and Utah.

I am making you all promise right now that if I have ANYTHING in my teeth you'll tell me. Please don't let me walk around w/ cilantro (from lunch) in my teeth that I don't find until I brush my teeth to go to bed. Not cool.

In conclusion, these are my life altering updates & my brilliant content. You can call me weird but there is something very satisfying about knowing the minutiae in everyone elses lives.

I'm glad you survived as well! And I will def tell you if I see anything in your teeth--as long as you promise to do the same for me. Same goes for bad breath, open fly, toilet paper stuck on the shoe, etc. Real friends don't let friends walk around embarrassing themselves.

I'm glad you're back and I'm glad I'm checking blogs again. I've missed my dear friends.
And I LOVE that pic of your kiddos at the beginning. You should frame it and stick it somewhere low they can see it all the time. SO adorable.
