At first Sydney thought she wanted a "royal" birthday party- with knights & princesses.
But after we started making plans and coming up with ideas she decided she only wants it to be a knights party with girl & boy knights.
So, behold invites to Sydney Marie's 4th birthday knight party. (Note: the one I have pictured is the knight/princess party (prior to the change) so just take out the "princess" part & there you have it).
A glimpse at a few more fun things we've been doing for the past few days to get ready for the party...
P.S. Invites are one of my favorite parts of the planning process... so that's why I go all out. Past years here, here, & here.

Do you want to plan and organize my next birthday party? This stuff is awesome!
My kids are lucky if I send out an email inviting a few of their friends over for some cake :)
Can't wait to see the end results!

Oh. My. Goodness. I am in love with those tunics! Great job Olivia! Looks like a ton of work, but a ton of fun too!
looks like it'll be a good time for all - sorry to miss it!
Wow! Can you come plan my kid's party? I just make a cake and take them somewhere. No friends. We're stingy like that. :)
For Mirian's first birthday, we just sent a mass email and said show up if you want pizza and cake. This is way cooler! Mirian is going to wish that Aunt Olivia was her mom.
Love love it! Is it at one instead of twelve? I forgot to write it down. I hope Ez wears his armor! This is going to be so fun! :) You are SO creative to do so much hard work!
It's gonna be awesome... Becca thought the invite was so cute she took a picture of Annie opening hers!
