Thank You's

I have strong feelings about "Thank You" cards.

Handwritten, in the mail, cards.

Currently, poor Sydney is living the brunt of my "thank you" passion...

Oh I also love a good thank you note! I send them constantly! There is just something about getting a letter, or anything in the mail really, and knowing that someone really thought about you and that they actually took time out of their day to do something for you feels great!!

I need to be better at Thank you notes. I never have been good at it but I think they are awesome.

Wow. Props to you! I am horrible about Thank You cards. I never even sent them for my wedding, which I am pretty sure Nana still remembers :o)

The only time I have ever sent a thank you note was for my wedding. I should get better at them!

I am terrible about thank you cards. I got one to everyone who came to my baby shower, but haven't gotten the, out to anyone who brought a gift after. Lily has the same pjs.. I am curious what size they are. lily's feet don't fit in the 3t anymore.

I know I'm starting to sound like "The Single White Female" (you know that movie, right?--ie: like I'm some freaky stalker that pretends to like everything you do) but Modern Family is my favorite show, I'm a huge Thank you note nazi, AND Muffin Top cereal is like eating doughnut cereal. LOVE the stuff! :)

I'm with you! The hand-written note is becoming a lost art, as is the thank you note. I think it's terrific that you're instilling this in your daughter.

I didn't used to be all about thank you cards. I was of the mindset that a verbal thank you would suffice. Then I got married and didn't send out thank you cards, and have lived with the guilt of not thanking everyone for the overwhelming support... So, now I hand write all thank you cards and make sure people know how much we appreciate them and their thoughtfulness.

I'm glad you're teaching your children the value of appreciating people! :)

Genius money-saving technique! Why buy cards when you can use white paper and make them unique with child labor!
