Syd taught herself to whistle.
Now she whistles better than I do.
Which is not at all.

No, I'm serious.
Everyday.
All day long.
I love the end. She was in a horrid mood when I asked her to whistle, but when she finishes she's all pleased with herself, then she remembers she's angry. You can see the realization on her face & she screws her look back into "angry face".

oh man she is cute. love her little voice. such a good whistler too. better than me.
Oh, I love this! Thanks for sharing. So cute! Enjoy the small little moments while they are small, cause how fast that will change.
love the sour puss face at the end.... that is totally a Reagan thing to do. I cannot whistle so my kids are going to have to figure it out themselves!
She just cracks me up. She is growing up soooo big. I can't stand not living closer to you guys. She will be in High School before we know it.
How cute!!!
She is so dang cute... she seems like she is getting sooo old, so it seems weird to still see her in a car seat!
That is just so cute. She can whistle a tune and everything.
I know what you mean about it being a soundtrack to your life. Colin learned how to whistle two summers ago and it was constant. Once not long after he learned, we were walking down the street in Mount Airy, NC (which actually inspired Mayberry) and Colin was whistling a merry tune. A UPS man actually stopped and said cheerfully, "Nice whistling!"
I think it was one of the proudest moments of Colin' life :o) So so cute.
Ok, that was REALLY funny. I love that she was all ornery, forgot, and then got mad again. And she's a really good whistler - I knew that she was doing "Whistle While You Work" and I'm pretty sure that I can only whistle a monotonous tone. You should make a "you only whistle when ____" rule to keep your sanity. She could only whistle outside, or in her room, or when she's not in the same room as you or something.
awesome!!! those grumpy faces crap me up! spencer tells me, "I don't want to be your mom anymore." So confused. and its just not true!
Her angry face is hilarious. My husband and I can't whistle at all. It's sad.
GO SYD STAR!!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!!
