My friend Smithy made me a music mix get me through my January writing goals (which I made my NaNoWriMo months since November didn't work out for me) & to generally inspire me.
This is one song from Florance & The Machine that stood out not because it necessarily has the "lyrics/feel" of my story or anything (to be honest something about it feels dystopic to me) but just because it's darn good song.
Ignore the music video though. It's bizzaro (this coming from a girl who digs bizzaro music videos)

Weird music video. This is a great soundtrack type song though, you know what I mean? This song on the preview of Eat Pray Love was perfect.
I do love that song! Bizarre is definitely a good way to describe that video though...wow! Also, I just started reading Stolen last night...I am sucked in!! I didn't want to stop reading lsat night. I can't wait for nap time so I can cuddle up with a blanket and keep reading! Thanks for suggesting it!
