I meant to write about this forever ago! Google has a new 411 phone directory system that is totally free. Scott & I have been using this for months now. It's kind of in a beta faze so it doesn't work "perfectly" everytime but I would say 85 - 90% of the time it works great for us! Try it out- 1-800-GOOG-411
