And... oh, it was a drive! The kids were pretty good- considering a 12 hour drive but I now wish I had drugged them! Syd did better on the way home because she had some puzzles to play with, all the playing pooped Rob out so he slept quite a bit. Our car ended up being disastrously dirty & the passes were pretty nasty too (one was even called "Deadman Pass"- kind of ominous).

Ya, the deadman pass scared me as well, who would call a road that? they are basically making people have self fulfilling prophecies(however you spell that word)
