Oooh, I really really love cars like that and can totally picture myself driving one around. I do wonder how it would do in a wreck though....
It's a Smart, not a Mini. The Smart has been in existence in the EU since at least 2001. It's a joint venture between Mercedes Benz and Swatch, of all people.
