Book Recommendations: Part 1

I had a cousin email me asking about recommendations on books that are like Twilight. Honestly, there aren't many books that are like it but those books do fit into a couple nitches & I've read books that have similar themes: Young Adult, Urban/Contemporary Fantasy , a bit of action, & relationship driven stories.
I've found that Twilight is one of the cleaner books out there, even in Young Adult books. So, these options are a little bit more gritty (some language, some drugs, some sexual situations), but I feel comfortable recommending them because they are Young Adult so they aren't too bad.
