Cardboard boxes are my life...

A Seinfeld quote:
"When you're moving your whole world becomes boxes. That's all you think about is boxes. Boxes, where are those boxes? You just wander down the street going in and out of stores.... are there boxes here? Have you seen any boxes?"

How true is this? Finding boxes (to move my mom) has become a constant buzz in the back of my brain. I even stopped at a dumpster a couple days ago to pull some boxes out- how's that for desperate? I'm glad to know that if they say it on Seinfeld it must be a universal truth. I'm not loosing my mind... it's just part of moving.

Which is why we have a ton of boxes piled up two different places right now! Wish you were close so you could have them!

Dang guy selling games on the street corner wouldn't share his empty boxes with me! Well, he did give me one for you but sorry I haven't gotten you many more! We'll keep our eyes out.

We just had a member move in downstairs from us and she gave us all of her boxes - yay! We have a big pile of them on our porch, which is against the rules, but our RA just had a baby so I don't think she'll be doing porch inspections :) In the coming weeks I'll be walking around our apartment complex checking every "cardboard bin" next to the trash cans. I'll have a lot of other neighbors competing with me.

I've lost sleep over this issue :)

Ugh, this is Ashley, not Roy.

Neil and I went to help your dad pack and move yesterday, and I must admit I'd never really thought about the calamity of boxes. Until yesterday. Boxes are a must and you can never, never, never have enough!
