I remember my parents had those nice book sets of the "classics" in our house. I've always wanted one, but didn't really like the "brown leather bound with gold writing" type. Now my prayers have been answered!
Exactly the look I would want, with the exact titles too! I just need to find them in the US, or better yet go to England for holiday & buy them there!

Indeed! To get all those wonderful classics (esp the J. Austen books) with such cool, lovely bindings would be fabulous. If you find them in the US, I'll get you a couple for your birthday....
Oh so pretty. I already have read or own them. I think it would be more fun to have them be 'new classics.' Still, I would like them for the art of it.
