10 facts about Syd at 2 years & 11 months...

1. Syd is inexplicably scared of the washing machine

2. She HATES wearing clothes

3. One of her favorite foods is canned raviolis

4. The only "sure fire" Sydney bribes are chocolate or a visit from one of my LBG friends.

5. Syd is a veracious reader.

6. She is opinionated. She takes ONE look at someone and states that she does or doesn't "love" them. Embarrassing when she's announcing to the cashier that "She is a bad girl & I don't love her"

7. No one can be mad at Rob except her, and she is... frequently

8. At least once a day she comes up to you and randomly asks, "What you want?" I finally figured out she was asking me what I wanted her to make me in her imaginary kitchen

9. The only thing she dislikes more than clothes is wearing jackets when she's wearing clothes- we're are talking huge, screaming fits of white hot rage

10. Syd's also scared of track # 9 on the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack & the Wall-E preview

what a funny little girl.
Spencer is like that with jackets. Finally after saying "its soft like a blankie" a million times, he convinces himself and tells me "its soft like a blankie" when I am putting one on him. he's ok with the washing machine, though :)

Okay your Syd and my Jonas are almost exactly the same person! I can easily say ditto to numbers 2, 5, 6, 7 (insert Elijah there), 8, and 9. Additionally, he has very irrational fears of things that are totally not scary, like the singing pirate pigs on Dora. Change chocolate bribes to marshmallows and ravioli to gogurt, and BAM! we have the same child.

Oh my gosh I love that child. The picture is priceless and the list is hilarious. She's so stinking funny.

Rob reminds me of how I used to treat my brother. I'm the oldest and my brother is 2 years younger than me. I used to dress him up & he'd let me...Syd is a little more sassy than I was though, lol. What a cutie, though! Wish I could see them in person! :)

She has so much personality! Love the "what you want" ha ha - good job figuring out what she meant.

Syd has always had so much personality! I could probably think of a dozen things about Syd, but she changes daily. I love her fearless honesty. I mean, she knows that if she does something wrong there are consequences, but (because of her great parents!) she's not so afraid of those consequences to admit when she did something wrong.

Liv, I love that you do posts like this for Rob and Syd. They are priceless! And, they show that you are a mom that values each and every stage of life. Remind me to do a post like this when I complaining that my kids bite or scream or whine... :)

PS I love Syd's enthusiasm for life. She's just like her mommy.
