The kids love to draw but all of the crayons get broken into pieces so easily.
So, I took all the broken crayons & put them in our mini cupcake pans & melted them in the oven for 20 min or so at 250 degrees. Then I let them cool until they were mostly hard & put them in the freezer. Once out of the freezer thety just pop out.
The kids love them becuase they are all swirlly colors & easy to hold. Fun & SUPER easy!

Wow, that's a great idea. I'll have to try it. Did it ruin your pan at all?
Did hurt the pan AT ALL! It is a nice non-stick one but I had no problems.
You could use cupcake liners but I have a feeling it would just seep through anyway.
Wow, that's AWESOME! It's probably easier for little kids to grasp the crayon rounds too, rather than those skinny little crayon sticks. SO COOL!
I REALLY need to do this!
Again, grrr!!! You are too dang cute. I love this! It makes me want to break his crayons and melt them!
That was BRILLiANT!
