It's been a rough week. Today, the capper to the week, was the roughest one yet. Here's a pictorial representation of the day...
19 month old + 2 year old + the hospital to help mom = not fun
poop on Syd's shoes + floor + big mess= not fun
2 pee accidents + embarrassed & sad baby = not fun
Mommy reduced to laying on the floor exhausted = not fun
HOWEVER, snuggling with handsome fella + watching Arrested Development the rest of the night = FUN!

Sounds like a long rough day. Way to end it on a good note though. Arrested Development makes me laugh so dang hard! Funny stuff. We own all the seasons.
Oooooh, I know just how you feel. We have had SUCH a bad week. I am so sorry you did too! Mine didn't involve any poop on the floor or any hospitals, so I can't help but feel thankful. At the end of the last night, we snuggled in bed and watched Thursday night's 30 Rock episode, which actually made me laugh out loud several times, and it cheered me up so much that I could have kissed Tina Fey.
Woohoo for Arrested Development!
Oh, we so wanted to watch Arrested Development last night, but our dvd player is broken - sad days! I'm glad that you got to be uplifted by its hilarity.
Awww, I'm sorry you had such a rough day! Any day that involves poop being tracked around the floor can't be good. What was the hospital run for? I hope you and your mom are alright. Hope today is better.

Yikes. Better luck next time.
poop on the shoes is the worst!
when it rains, it pours. As parents, our limits are always being tested.
Good thing for good hubbies, great shows like Arrested Development (MrF!!) and kids' bedtime!
I wanted to cry seeing Syd and you so upset...poor little ones.

Perhaps I should check out Arrested Development since so many people say it's terrific! But, oh, where oh where do I find the time? Blah...
