I have the never ending goal to eat healthy. There is just something about being able to pop a pizza in the oven (especially on a hard day) as apposed to putting in all the hard work of chopping everything for a salad.
So, I decided to pre-cut my "salad additions" ahead of time (when I had free time- yeah right!). Then I can just pop open a couple containers through some stuff in and BAM- salad done.
I love spinach & green leafy lettuce...
Here are some of my "add ins" - I also like cheese, avocado, olives, & red onions.
I also like to add a little protien in the form on hard boiled eggs, peperoni, or chicken.
My finished salad masterpiece...
Oh, and don't forget the salad dressing... For store bought I love Brianna's Poppy Seed dressing & Newman's Own Balsamic Vinigerette. For homemade I like the Cafe Rio dressing & I really want to try this "copy" of Outback Steakhouse's ranch dressing

Brianna's poppy seed is one of my favorite.
Yummy, I think I'm going to have a salad for lunch! I try to at least chop the lettuce up in advance, and then I'm a lot more likely to use it!
I like to throw some cottage cheese into my salads. (That's what I had for lunch)
Your Pear Salad is my favorite. Good job lady - that will make it 100 times easier to eat salads for lunch and stuff. I totally need to do this now but I just have not been in a salad mood!
This is a good idea. I wonder if I could get myself to do it.
