Any guesses as to what this is?
It's my nifty sleep monitor I wore last night. After my blood draw came back with perfect levels of everything (thyroid, glucose, iron, electrolytes) the doctor wanted to do a sleep study.
I am feeling less cranky, but still very dependent on Diet Coke. Probably tired because I have a 2 and 3 year old. But it was still interesting to take the test and I'll keep you up to date on what the results say.

Sleep Study

Glad that went well! When will you get the results?
I dated a guy who was a sleep therapist. He taught me how to read the tests. It was interesting all the things that can go wrong when you sleep to prevent restful sleep. I hope you get it figured out soon.
That is awesome! I'm glad they didn't make you stay overnight at a sleep lab to have a study done at least. I am looking forward to the results since I am a total nerd like that.
I heard a story once about a girl who was sick, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her; she was, however, drinking a lot of "diet" soft drinks, and once she cut that, she got healthier and better. The fake sugar they put in that stuff is not quite trustful -- doesn't sound natural to me, anyway.
As a whole, I noticed I don't sleep well when I'm in a chocolate or a soft drink addiction phase. I can't cut chocolate out of my life, though, but I try not too eat too much in the evening.
Good luck with the monitoring. I wonder what that gadget turns up with.
Fun stuff. Did you just have to wear it once?
