Writing Update

NaNo Update guys: Perpetually behind guys... I'm working on it though. Now, that I'm better I think I'll be able to churn some more out.

And I had a neat little "shout out" from our family friend Dawn Brandvold in the Davis County Clipper: HERE. Thanks Dawn it was terribly exciting to read!

Hi! I know! It's almost been 10 years! That's just crazy! I'm doing great! (except school...why did I go back???? I miss weekends! But I'm almost done...). Just wanted to give good thoughts on your writing. Even though you think you're perpetually behind, you're still doing it! Look at you go!

You are steadily progressing - that is what matters! Keep it up!

You remain my inspiration, both in writing, and with that STINKING CUTE HAT!

Keep it up! I admire your ambition. I met a woman today (in Rocky Point, Mexico--in the jacuzzi--haha) who just published her first book. She is eccentric and awesome. She totally inspired me to keep writing.
So...what are you writing about, may I ask? Is a novel in the works? Short stories? Children's books? Do tell :)

Cindy- THANKS!

Esther- I know, so fun, huh? Dawn's the best!

Leah- Thanks, I need the encouragement! I keep thinking. How am I ever going to finish. But, I'm chugging along. I want to go back to school too- good for you!

Smithy- I know, I keep thinking look I'm moving up most days. That's what counts!

Katie- Thanks! I think I can, I think I can...

Susan- Ah, you are so nice to me! Scott hates that hat. He calls it my hippie hat, but I'm in love with it. I wish I had bought 4 more!

Joan- Yeah, writer's are a nutty group (I include myself in that nutty category- ha!) It's a novel. A Young Adult book. i wrote 1/2 of it over the last year but got stumped. This is my chance to restart & finish it.

Debbie- Thanks, I need to hear stuff like that. I just feel like I'm struggling. it came so easily for a while now I feel like I'm FORCING IT! ugh. I just gotta keep going.
