I've mentioned this pizza before but it was along time ago. It's good enough to deem a second post about it.
We haven't had it for a while but the other day for dinner I was reminded how much I adore it.
2. Cook chicken in chunks & chop red onion
3. In a bowl mix both with HICKORY BBQ sauce & spread over crust
4. Shred GOUDA (one of my very fav cheeses)
5. Allow restless whining children spread the cheese
6. Chop/Cut green onions all over the top (I do A LOT)
7. Put in the oven at 450 degrees for 25 min.
Try it out & let me know what you think!
P.S. More specific instructions on my friend Heather's blog here.

I LOVE bbq chicken pizza! I've never tried it with gouda or green onions before. I may have to give that a go.
My goodness that looks DELISH! Like my favorite pizza from California Pizza Kitchen. YUM!
sounds delicious---but look at the bottom picture of miss sydney----she looks exactly like her daddy! that face she is pulling!
Wow, that sounds good! Too bad Elizabeth doesn't like BBQ sauce. I love Gouda and I don't think I've had any since college, come to think of it. Um, so almost 10 years? How does that happen?
We make something like this and it is sooo good. If you're short on time, you can get really great pizza dough at Trader Joe's...and they have "Just Chicken" which is pre-cut and cooked chicken that's super good!
I love that Syd is such a lady that she cooks in a fancy dress. LOVE that girl!
Just So- Yes, Run. Do not walk to try this stuff.
3 Kids- It really is like "high class" pizza. It's so good!
Aunt Merf- Yes, Syd-o looks just like a Carter, especially like her daddy!
Christie- At the very least remind yourself of the goodness of Gouda. I love it.
Ms. Erin- They don't have Trader Joes out here! it kills me because I love them!
Susan- Oh yes, Syd always wants to be in a dress because "princesses don't wear pants mom!"
I love BBQ chicken pizza! That one sounds good but we like this recipe that calls for cilantro on top. If you like cilantro then you should try it... it gives it just the right kick!
