Closet Sleepover

Last night Syd & Rob asked if they could sleep in the coat closet with their flashlights. Scott & I told them that if they were quiet & went straight to bed they could. But if there were any shenanigans then they'd have to go back & sleep in their own rooms.

We were right next to them in the office (writing=me & studying MCSE = Scott) so we could hear them. Aside from some whispered giggles & one bathroom trip they stayed in there. On our way to bed we opened the door (to get some fresh air in there) & took a picture of them snuggling.

I have to say it was the easiest & the quietest "bedtime routine" we've ever had.

So your kids really don't wear clothes eh? :) That is so stinkin' adorable! I bet this is the age when it is so great to have them close in age.

Our kids dont sleep in the closet, but on the weekends we let them sleep in each others rooms. They no there is to be no shinanigans... so there will be 5-7 (sometimes the babies can't handle it) all laying intertwined on the the floor under a pile of blankets. I will have to take a picture sometime and post it. It is so stinkin' cute isnt it?!

Ashley- If we are at home they usually don't wear clothes. Unless it's dress-ups. They are clothed outside of the house though, I promise.

Audra- Oh that's so sweet! I like that! I had a friend who when she went to college all her bro & sis slept in her room for the last night before she left (all 10 of them) so cute!

Cute kids. ps...I love the scary story that Syd told. It was hilarious. I was also impressed that she maintained her scary voice throughout the whole thing. :)

How close together are they in age? They look like besties.

Erika- I know Syd is all about the voices and faces. She's gotta do some sort of acting someday. She's a natural!

Hotpants- They are 15 months apart. But Syd's on the smaller size and Rob is on the HUGE size so they get mistaken for twins a lot.
