Ran errands in the morning (don't ask about Syd's China dress/jeans/hoodie combo I occationally stamp down my pride & let her dress herself). And I noticed her eye looking weepy & pinky.
Went & got pictures for Syd's talk in primary on Sunday. Then go ice cream to break the news to Syd that we wouldn't be able to have her "no binky" party (also don't ask about this) today becuase her eye was looking gnarly.
Went to the doctor to confirm her sick eye and got the drugs which are placed upon my list of things I didn't get done yesterday... all because of that goopy eye.
Instead of wallowing in the fact that we are quarantined to our house today I instituted a "PJ Day". We're all just chillin' in PJ's all day doing things like this...
Wish Syd luck on a speedy recovery!

Sounds familiar. We had the pink eye problem two weeks ago. And boy is it no fun! Especially putting in the drops. But I figured out if I sat on the floor, and put Jacie's head between my legs, it was a little bit easier.

yikes - glad you've quarantined the house. hope scott doesn't get it and pass it on to work. pink eye is like a plague

Smithy- So far it hasn't spread to her other eye and no one else got it.I could that as a miracle!
Poor Syd. I hate it when the little ones are still so full of energy yet can't do anything because they're kinda sick.
Oh my kids love it when I let them dress themselves. The more I have the more I let them but I'm the same way. i feel like I gotta warn people it was them and not me. :)
EeWWW I HATE pink eye! Jack just got it a few months ago!! It ruined my plans too!! I had my first mom play date planned with ladies from my ward and Jack woke up with a pink goopy eye!! I still haven't had a play date!!!
