Then in the evening we had a lovely dinner (thanks mom & dad Carter) at Cheesecake Factory. Seriously people, if you haven't had the Bang, Bang Chicken & Shrimp you need to go now. It will change your life!
We're home again, it was a lovely really short trip but so much fun to relax a bit, get some sun, & play with the fabulous Carlson Family!

I am going to the Cheesecake Factory this weekend, and I have been looking for food suggestions. I know what I like there, but I have been feeling so off that I never know what I will be in the mood for, so I need a long list of possibilities. I will add Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp to the list!
