We had a lovely
"mini" Christmas party with the our friends in lieu of exchanging gifts: lunch & decorating cookies.
We used
this recipe & they turned out fabulous
(the key I guess is keeping the dough nice & cold the whole time). They kept their shape nicely & the kids had a blast decorating with an excess of frosting & way too many sprinkles.
All in all it was a lovely pre-Christmas afternoon had by all!
