SYD: "Can we play 'This Little Piggy' Mama?"
ME: "Sure. Give me those toes."
*she sticks her foot in my face*
ME: "This little piggy went to the market, this little piggy stayed home..."
*giggles from Syd & Berto*
ME: "This little piggy had roast beef, this little piggy had none, and this--"
SYD: "I like none!"
ME: "You like none?"
SYD: "I like to eat N-ON-E!"
I sat & thought and after a few second realized she meant NAAN (pronounced n-aw-n) a grilled Indian flat bread.
I think we may permanently change the rhyme. I always did feel bad for the piggy that got nothing but now I'll be jealous of the one that got Naan.
