I made a batch of No-Bake Cookies with the kids today &, goodness gracious, I gotta give these suckers away so I don't eat them all & get even bigger apple bottom cheeks. YUM YUM!
NO-BAKE COOKIES
3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Hershey's Coco
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix Sugar, butter, milk, & coco in medium saucepan. Cook until rolling boil
Remove from heat & add oats, peanut butter, & vanilla. Stir & mix well.
Drop mix by heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper & cool.
Any No-Bake Cookie fans out there?

LOVE no bake cookies. we used to make those at least once a week when I still lived at home! I might need to make some right now.
I love no bake cookies too!!!! I love those.
oohh i love no bake cookies. save some for me tomorrow
Yes, I love those...the kids used to make them when they were young...do you remember? Yummy goodness.
Thank you for this recipe - my mother used to make these ALL - THE - TIME! SOO good. She always called them Charlie Brown cookies, not sure why. Maybe it's because they aren't attractive, much like his Christmas tree.
YUM!
I have your recipe salvaged from the family cookbook (mine got pretty burnt in the fire).
Thinking that would be something great to make today without heating up the kitchen...but on second thought I think I'll wait a couple more months until Jeb can have peanut butter.
I love me some no-bake cookies but I gotta say that I'm really hit-or-miss. They're too crumbly or a mushy mess. Rarely, I get that perfect batch, the one that is just too good to share with anyone else - kids included. :)
Don't you remember making these freshman year?!?! I'm pretty sure we called them something gross like Gorilla Poop. But it certainly didn't stop us from eating them. (Freshman 15 anyone?)
I. Love. No Bake. Cookies. MMMMMMM. :)
These are the best!
I love them!
Made your recipe for the Elders last night and they were so excited. One of them raved about how No-Bake Cookies are his favorite ever. Thanks for the recipe!
