Rob celebrated his 1/2 birthday in Preschool today. I'm glad that they do that because my June birthday never got celebrated in school, so I'm happy he gets a chance to get a "woot, woot!" too.
So, for the treat he brought in for his friends I let him pick out some little toys & treats from our party store. He ended up with kind of a random collection of goodies but the whole thing screams Rob.
Then I took some pictures of him (as shy as he is, he's a photogenic little guy) & added tags to the top of the baggies.
He gave them to all his little friends in a fit of joy so I feel like I can call that good!
P.S. I am a big fan of using pictures on cards, treats, etc. Here are a couple others I've made: 30th birthday book, homemade Valentines, customized underwear, panty party giveaways, Superhero party invites, & Superhero party cutouts.

Oh that is sooo cute!! He looks so excited!
Awww, those are so cute!!
My little guys birthday falls during summer break too.. as did mine. Always a bummer. So neat that his school celebrates half birthdays!
That's so awesome. I need to start celebrating my half birthday. :)
love how excited he looks! treat bags turned out awesome-o!
So great. That is a good idea to do half birthdays for those who's birthdays arent during school. My birthday was always over a holiday{thanksgiving} break so I had to always miss it.
Wonderful!!!! I'm sure it went over REALLY well. After-all, he showed up to pre-school with CANDY!!!!

YOu always have so many wonderful ideas....but where do you get the time. I can't even get ready for Christmas...booo
I love this idea and so wish I had seen it earlier. Have my little boys 4th birthday party tomorrow and was desperately searching for a fresh idea for the treat party bags for his friends to take home. Will have to try and remember for my daughters 6th birthday in April!!
I love your party posts - they always give me lots of great ideas to use, and seeing as our kids are around the same age, it is always age appropriate...keep on inspiring me please!!
